I have included this in order to clarify and hopefully relieve myself of having to answer repeated questions about this property.
TWO adjacent one acre (1.02 acre) parcels, of which I own both.
The listing here is for the one acre (1.02 acre) property, though Zillow also has a listing for the full 2 acre (2.04) property. Originally, since I own both, with separate deeds / titles,
I had originally listed the entire two property parcel, which is still on Zillow as such. There were many investor / buyers potentially interested in something more "affordable", and so I have also made this one property available.
Each acre has;
C/O, Certificate of Occupancy
Electric box, meter, account
Septic System
Flat, level easy access driveway
Old, dilapidated mobile home ('70's) on cement foundation, perfect for removal and building a Tny House, etc...
The water well is right on the property line and so would be shared, through deeded appurtenance / water rights.
All of this info is on this web site.
I have buyers interested in both options; one acre, and both together.
My preference is to sell the entire property, all together.
NEITHER of the 1970's mobile homes is even close to being habitable!!!!
This is clearly stressed in all of the property listings.
BARE Land, with many additional features / benefits.
The reason that I am OK with just selling one of the acre lots is that I love the area and this property.
GORGEOUS spot… which I dearly love, but do not need two acres, each with all of the features, and so selling only one would be fine with me
